Mobile Caretaker

About the Role

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is looking for a dedicated Mobile Caretaker to join their Facilities Team. Based in the Chesterfield, Clay Cross and the Bolsover areas, you will play a key role in providing high-quality caretaking services to oversee maintenance and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs.
• Making sure that heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly.
• Carrying out and recording basic checks and maintaining Health and Safety records.
• Monitoring site stocks and undertaking cleaning duties.
• Demonstrating Health and Safety awareness and willingness to attend training courses.
