FULL DESCRIPTION

Mobile Caretaker

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is looking for a dedicated Mobile Caretaker to join the Facilities Team. Based in Ripley, Derbyshire, this is a part-time, permanent role offering up to £13.21 per hour.

About the Role

Based within the South Derbyshire area, you will be working 20 hours a week (shifts between 7am - 7pm) Monday to Friday. You'll provide high-quality caretaking services, overseeing maintenance and cleanliness. Due to the mobile nature, you must be able to drive and have access to your own vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs.
  • Making sure heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly.
  • Carrying out and recording basic checks and maintaining Health and Safety records.
  • Monitoring site stocks and undertaking cleaning duties.
  • Demonstrating Health and Safety awareness and attending training courses (all training provided).
