About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Designer to work with the Head of Creative to elevate [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s visual output across brand, retail, and digital channels. This role combines hands-on design, with a key focus on typography, packaging and print, with creative leadership- shaping how [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] shows up across packaging, cafés, campaigns, and communications.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining and evolving our brand, ensuring consistency while pushing it forward. This is a role for someone who cares deeply about typography, materials, and storytelling-and knows how to translate ideas into impactful, real-world design.

What you'll do

  • Brand Guardianship
    • Support the development and evolution of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s visual identity
    • Translate brand strategy into compelling creative across all channels
    • Maintain and refine brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Design Execution
    • Deliver high-quality print-ready design across packaging and print, as well digital and retail environments
    • Oversee campaign creative from concept through to final output
    • Create assets for marketing, e-commerce, wholesale, and social
    • Meticulously review packaging samples, print artwork, and proofs
  • Retail & Spatial Design
    • Contribute to café design concepts, signage, and in-store experiences
    • Work closely with retail and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution
  • Collaboration & Leadership
    • Partner with marketing, product, and wholesale & Ecomm teams to deliver integrated campaigns
    • Manage and mentor junior designers or freelancers where needed
    • Work with external agencies, printers, and suppliers to ensure best-in-class output
  • Creative Process & Standards
    • Champion a high level of craft, attention to detail, and innovation
    • Balance creative ambition with commercial and operational realities
    • Manage multiple projects and timelines effectively

What you'll bring

  • Skills & Experience
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand, packaging, print, and digital work
    • Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
    • Experience working across physical and digital touchpoints
    • Strong understanding of materials, print processes, and production
    • Ability to oversee packaging projects to ensure consistency
    • Ability to think conceptually and execute with precision
    • Comfortable presenting ideas and articulating creative decisions
    • Experience mentoring or leading others is a plus
  • Desirable
    • Motion or digital product/UI experience/Figma
    • Interest/work within the F&B industry, specifically Speciality Coffee
