[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] Sports Centre is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Fitness Instructor to join our team. This role involves maintaining a safe, clean fitness environment, supervising users, delivering inductions, personalized programmes, and group sessions. Working hours: average 24 hours per week, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming fitness environment, supervising users, and supporting pupils, members, and visitors in achieving their fitness goals. You will deliver inductions, personalised programmes, and group sessions, while actively motivating gym users and promoting services. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a proactive approach to customer care, and a commitment to safeguarding and health & safety standards. You will also support sales targets, handle enquiries, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the facility.

Oundle and Laxton Junior Schools are committed to providing an education of the highest standard. The new Sports Centre facility offers a 50-metre swimming pool, an 8-court hall, a 70-station fitness suite, a dedicated dance studio and three further multipurpose studios. The Centre provides increased access to local residents, sports clubs and Schools.
