Job Description

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Sales Specialist for VMware in the Enterprise Product Growth team. The specialist will sell Private Cloud VMware solutions, drive product adoption, support complex deals, and act as a liaison between sales, product, and customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Sell [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Private Cloud VMware to enterprise customers.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue high-potential opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing.
  • Collaborate with account teams, partners, and pre-sales.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay to product team.
  • Organize sales campaigns for cross-sell and up-sell.
  • Work with tech partners on joint action plans.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Engineer profile with strong technical background.
  • Deep understanding of cloud products, especially VMware/Broadcom.
  • Knowledge of market positioning and competition.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven sales track record with complex solutions.
  • Team working and multi-cultural environment adaptability.
  • Fluent in French and English.
