Role Overview

We are hiring an Enterprise Tech Support Engineer to join the AskOVO Tech team at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. This role is hub based in London with flexibility to work from home. You will provide first and second-line support, administer key business applications, and drive process improvements.

Key Outcomes

  • Provide first and second-line support for all tech-related questions
  • Prioritise support questions based on business impact and urgency
  • Administer and support key business-critical applications
  • Ensure we achieve our Service Levels
  • Actively seek opportunities to drive process and/or content improvements
  • Work with suppliers to deliver problem resolutions
  • Work with Enterprise Security & Platforms team to ensure best in class support
  • Support rollout of Enterprise products
  • Support audio-visual conference events/meetings
  • Continuously share knowledge within AskOVOTech team
  • Coach colleagues on self-service digital enablers
  • Maintain relevant content and policy documents

About You

  • High proficiency in Tech processes and standard operating procedures
  • Experience in Tech Support, service management, and helpdesk software
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build working relationships
  • Results-focused with ability to handle priorities and multiple partners
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to time manage and prioritise workload
  • Configuration, troubleshooting, analytical and diagnostic skills
  • Understanding of local area networking and end-user device setup
  • Knowledge of Google, Microsoft, Contact Centre and CRM applications
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy management
