Business Teacher

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a dedicated A-Level Business Teacher for a permanent, full-time role at City of Oxford College. Salary: £31,387 - £43,869 per annum.

About the Role

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is looking for an A-Level Business Teacher to join our Academic Studies teaching team. We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic and passionate individuals with the ability to inspire, so that our Business students have a memorable learning experience.

With your excellent subject knowledge and practical skills, you will work collaboratively with our existing team of talented and passionate teachers to plan and deliver purposeful practical and theory lessons on our A-Level courses. You will contribute to curriculum development that meets the needs of changing industry demands. Alongside your A-Level teaching, you'll also be responsible for a market module on our ACCESS to HE programme, and there may be the opportunity for additional A-Level tutoring.

Our Academic and Professional Studies department has an excellent record of delivering vocational Business courses with employability embedded at their heart. This is achieved through excellent relationships with industry and the employment of experts with extensive professional experience within the teaching team.

Requirements

Experience of working in any business-related sector
Educated to a degree level
Effective communication skills
It is desirable if you have a teaching qualification and worked within education as a teacher, but this is not essential
