Senior Project Manager - Data Centres

Salary: €110,000 - €160,000 per annum

Locations: Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Milan, Dublin, Madrid, London

Experience: 5+ years construction PM, 3-5+ years data centres, MEP experience

Role: Senior Project Manager - Data Centres

Experience Required

  • At least 5+ years of construction project management experience, with a solid understanding of building design and construction processes
  • Minimum of 3-5+ years managing Data Centres projects.
  • MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) experience in ground-up construction
  • Strong analytical, organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proven leadership abilities, with experience mentoring teams and managing multiple project components

Details of the Role

  • Lead and independently manage full project scopes, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within scope, and on budget
  • Oversee risk management, contingency planning, and schedule/budget recovery efforts
  • Act as a trusted partner to clients, maintaining alignment with their vision and expectations
  • Manage project teams, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors
  • Handle project financials, including invoicing, collections, and identifying opportunities for additional services

Reports

The Senior Project Manager will report directly to the project director or senior leadership within the Critical Environments team.
