About the Role

A tier-one commodity trading firm is seeking experienced Quant Developers based in London. This is a great opportunity to work on innovative trading technology within a supportive and fast‑growing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Design and deliver robust, scalable applications for trading, structuring, and risk.
• Partner with traders, analysts, and risk specialists to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Contribute to a centralised quantitative platform used across multiple desks.
• Use modern tools and cloud technologies to enhance trading workflows.

What You Bring

• Academic background in Computer Science, Maths, Statistics, Financial Engineering, or similar.
• Strong coding skills, particularly in Python.
• Knowledge of probability and derivatives pricing.
• Experience with Angular/React and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of CI/CD and cloud environments.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and detail orientation.
• Commodities experience is a plus.
