Relief Shift Leader (Lynemore)

- Schedule: Days (as and when required)
- Hourly Rate: £15.50
The Role
- Support the care, protection, and wellbeing of all residents, treating them with respect and dignity.
- Report, record, and address issues related to staff, residents, relatives, or visitors; manage staff schedules and support care staff.
- Contribute to residents' care planning and reviews; administer and monitor medication; maintain accurate records.
- Assist with physiological measurements; oversee safety and security; promote health and safety practices.
- Support residents and families during palliative care and bereavement; attend training; monitor residents' nutrition; work within [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]' Quality Management System.
