Main Duties of the Job

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, maintaining self-funding and local government authority resident accounts.
  • Raise accurate invoices and credit notes.
  • Data entry into the income processing system including fee detail form data, client contributions, funding changes, and fee amendments.
  • Liaise verbally and via email with Local Authorities and ICBs regarding client fee amendments.
  • Complete Local Authority payment schedules/returns for payment including uploading portal returns.
  • Undertake account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and rectify abnormalities.
  • Establish good working relationships with individual care homes.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive personal data in line with GDPR policy.
  • Undertake any Ad-hoc projects set by the Sales Ledger Supervisor or Financial Controller.
