Activities Coordinator - Care Home

Salary: £14/hour | Contract: Permanent | Working pattern: Full-time, Part-time
Main duties of the job
- Devise imaginative, fun and motivational activities that suit every interest and ability.
- Get to know residents and their families to create tailored activities programmes.
- Maximise wellbeing, independence and social engagement.
- Inspire residents and staff to get involved in activities both within the home and in the local community.
About you
Warm, empathetic and personable. Organisational skills and a driven mindset. Infectious enthusiasm and creative approach. Any similar experience ideal but not essential – training provided.
