Job Summary

We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our Care team within a multi-award-winning organisation. This is a vital role focused on supporting residents to live meaningful and fulfilling lives within a safe and caring environment. Working on a rota basis, including evenings and weekends, you will deliver high-quality care services to excellent standards within our care homes. The role involves assisting residents with personal care, medication, and daily living activities while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing. You will also provide companionship and support engagement in activities to enhance quality of life.

• Encouraging independence, choice, and dignity
