We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated General Manager - RGN Qualified to join our award-winning team. Your focus will be on leading a team to deliver excellent person-centered care while meeting regulatory and business performance requirements.

  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, person-centred care based on best practice.
  • Be responsible for ongoing recruitment, retention, and development of staff within the Home.
  • Act as a focal point for contact with residents, relatives, visitors, and health and social care professionals.
  • Ensure safe staffing levels are reviewed and maintained in accordance with occupancy and dependency.
  • Provide on-going inspirational leadership and management to the staff team.
  • Manage costs within budgetary controls through regular review and stock monitoring.

About You

  • Have a minimum of four years of experience in a similar care environment.
  • Have Leadership and Management Level 5 or equivalent.
  • Hold a current NMC PIN.

  • Be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
