Job Description

As a [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Sales Consultant you will be building up a B2B sales pipeline through making outbound calls / networking to small business owners. Utilising our salesforce system and your own proactive approach, you will be introducing [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s services around HR & Health & Safety support to SMEs across the UK. Your aim on these calls is to schedule appointments for field-based BDMs to attend and meet with business owners. Some calls might need more than one attempt to build relationships so you will be looking to extract the very best results from each call you make to build up a pipeline of your callbacks. You’ll have daily targets to meet which are there to help you make commission. This is a fast paced, consultative selling, target driven role that offers incredible rewards.

Requirements

  • Experience in a sales related role (in-person or telephone, B2C or B2B)
  • Confidence in making outbound calls; no script used
  • Ability to carry personality across a telephone call, relationship building
  • Experience working to targets
