Role Overview

This role will take responsibility of a team of outbound B2B Sales Executives, managing their day-to-day sales targets around number of calls and appointments booked. Reporting directly into the Director for Inside Sales, you will play an integral part in the day-to-day running of the department.

Day-to-Day Sales Manager Responsibilities

  • Supporting the team ensuring individual and team targets are met
  • Handling escalated issues and delivering feedback
  • Conduct regular one-to-one performance reviews

  • Providing ongoing coaching and development
  • Supporting new starters transition
