Key Responsibilities

  • Build a B2B sales pipeline through making outbound calls / networking to small business owners.
  • Use Salesforce system to introduce [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s HR & Health & Safety services to SMEs across the UK.
  • Schedule appointments for field-based BDMs to meet with business owners.
  • Manage callbacks and build relationships with prospects.
  • Meet daily targets to earn commission.

Requirements

  • At least 12 months sales experience in a sales related role (in-person or telephone, B2C or B2B)
  • Confidence in making outbound calls
  • Ability to carry personality across a telephone call and build relationships
  • Experience working to targets with drive and self-awareness
  • First 2 weeks training in Manchester head office (travel and accommodation provided)
