Mechanical Engineer / Project Manager (High-End Residential | Mayfair | 8-Month Freelance Contract)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Engineer or Project Manager (non-lead level) to join a prestigious high-end residential development in the heart of Mayfair. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong and commercially aware professional to work on a luxury project, overseeing mechanical packages and ensuring high standards of delivery on a flagship site.

The Role:

Full-time, site-based position in Mayfair
Overseeing mechanical installations and project delivery
Coordinating subcontractors, consultants, and site teams
Managing programme, quality, and compliance
Supporting successful delivery of a premium residential scheme

Requirements:

Proven experience in mechanical engineering or project management within the building services / MEP sector
Strong background delivering high-end residential or luxury fit-out projects
Excellent site coordination and stakeholder management skills
Ability to drive programme while maintaining exceptional quality standards

Package:

8-month initial freelance contract
Payment available via Ltd Company or CIS
Competitive day rate DOE
Immediate start available
