I'm currently working on behalf of a notable market leading Tier 1 MEP Contractor with a strong presence across the UK and Europe, this business specialises within several sectors including Data Centres, Commercial, Infrastructure and Life Science.

This business is looking for an Electrical Project Engineer to come and work on a major City of London commercial Shell and Core project with a MEP Value of circa £40m.

This is a great opportunity to work on a fast-paced, high-profile project with a strong delivery team and excellent progression potential.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support delivery and coordination of on-site electrical works
  • Work with Project Managers and site teams to keep works on track
  • Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
  • Carry out inspections and quality checks
  • Monitor progress against programme
  • Help resolve technical and installation issues
  • Support reporting, risk tracking, and programme updates

What we’re looking for

  • Experience as an Electrical Project Engineer / Electrical Engineer in construction
  • Background in commercial fit out or fast-paced MEP projects
  • Good knowledge of electrical building services
  • Confident managing subcontractors and site activity
  • Strong health & safety awareness
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • CSCS required (SMSTS / First Aid beneficial)
