Sales Assistant - (Weekends)

Employment Type: Part-time (8 hours/week, Saturday and Sunday)

Reports to: Assistant Store Manager

The Sales Assistant Mission

As a Sales Assistant at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], your mission is to be the trusted first point of contact for every customer. You will deliver exceptional service by combining deep product knowledge with a genuine understanding of individual customer needs. How You'll Drive Success

  • Delivers outstanding customer service and actively engage with customers and demonstrate product knowledge
  • Support store operation by receiving and processing deliveries efficiently, replenish stock and ensure the shop floor is visually appealing
  • Uphold brand standards, while maintain high standards of merchandising, cleanliness and presentation throughout store
  • Ensure policy compliance by following all customer returns and exchange policies with professionalism and accuracy
  • Contribute as a team player by supporting your team and taking on additional duties as needed
