About the Role

A kind and empathetic person, you will be expected to take control and be accountable for the given situation, treating every patient with respect and providing confidence in our ability to deliver a great and caring service.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Monitor the electronic booking system and liaise with Reception Supervisor/Service Delivery Manager with any workload concerns
  • Book patients in on arrival
  • Ensure medical equipment and drug boxes are appropriately logged and returned to stock cupboard
  • Perform Receptionist duties as required by the Reception Supervisor/Service Delivery Manager and to ensure efficient systems are in place for the maintenance of all records in accordance with Statutory and Company procedures

Skills and Experience Required

  • Relevant Reception / Customer Service or administration experience
  • Must be confident, multitask, work independently without supervision
  • Sensitivity and empathy with people from different backgrounds
  • Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate empathy when dealing with patients and multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to use Microsoft office or other databases
  • Previous experience of Adastra would be desirable but not essential
