Data Team Support & Data Tooling Specialist

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the Data Team with administrative and operational tasks across multiple functional areas.
  • Coordinate and prepare meetings, conferences, statistics, and reports.
  • Assist team leads with day-to-day coordination by leveraging existing tools and identifying smarter working solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and propose process optimization ideas.
  • Investigate and introduce new solutions to streamline operational workflows, including documentation and on-the-job training.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and provide operational back-up during peak periods.

You Bring Along

  • Technical or commercial training with strong MS Office knowledge, especially MS Excel.
  • Experience with Product Information Management Systems or databases is an advantage.
  • Good English skills for communication in a multinational team.
  • Independent and analytical thinking, structured working method, quality awareness, and teamwork.
  • Interest in motorcycle technology, parts, and accessories is a plus.
