Internal Sales Coordinator
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring an Internal Sales Coordinator to manage and coordinate sales support for Australian and New Zealand markets. This role ensures effective quoting, customer service, sales and support for external and technical sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage customer quotes, orders and specific customer requirements e.g. review contractual requirements and reflection in SAP, ensuring prices & delivery dates are correct.
- Manage call offs, blocked orders, customer complaints, code creations, credits, returns, QA issues and reporting for your customers.
- Claims, returns and complaints handling.
- Working closely with external sales team to win profitable business through the effective management of customer relationships, quotations, tenders, contracts, and sales orders.
- Maintain service continuity to your customers in your absence by providing training as needed and ensuring documented procedures and instructions are kept up to date.
- Provide fast and efficient written & verbal communication with all customers that engenders repeat business.
- Liaise with the Commercial Manager, external staff and required departments concerning customer needs.
- Provide both administrative and sales support to the team.
- Use the tools, processes and systems provided to effectively achieve the defined KPI's.
- Adhere to corporate policy responsibility and compliance in line with the companies HSE, legal and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Ability to engage effectively verbally & written with stakeholders across the business.

- A passion for learning and personal growth, with meaningful focus on sales developments.

- Basic Business acumen, strategic thinking and problem solving, analysing, and coming up with solutions.
- Negotiating and Conflict Management experience.
- Project Management capabilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP or similar strongly preferred.
