Location: London | Start: Within 4 weeks | Sector: CAT A, CAT B, Cut & Carve

We are seeking an exceptional Quantity Surveyor to join a leading London fit‑out team delivering premium commercial projects across the capital. This role is ideal for someone who combines technical expertise with professional polish - someone who can represent the business confidently and hit the ground running from day one.

What You'll Bring

  • Degree‑qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
  • 5+ years' industry experience, ideally within London's commercial fit‑out sector
  • Proven background delivering CAT A, CAT B and cut‑and‑carve projects
  • Available within 4 weeks or sooner
  • A driven, ambitious, culturally aligned mindset
  • Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and the confidence to manage cost, risk, and procurement independently

Your Responsibilities

  • Full commercial management of high‑spec London fit‑out schemes
  • Managing procurement, subcontractor packages, valuations, variations, and final accounts
  • Working closely with project teams to ensure financial control and project success
  • Building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners
  • Contributing to a collaborative, high‑performance culture where quality and accountability matter
