Site Manager
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Solutions is seeking an experienced freelance Site Manager for a well-established and growing main contractor to oversee DRS roll-out projects in and around Cardiff.
The Role
The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for managing day-to-day site operations on a live retail project, overseeing installation works and ensuring delivery is safe. This is a hands-on role requiring strong coordination and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site activities
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors
- Ensure works are delivered to programme, quality and health and safety standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as site manager with retail experience
- Experience working in live environments
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
