Care Co-ordinator/Field Care Supervisor

About the Role

A leading care provider in Crawley is looking to recruit a Care Co-ordinator/Field Care Supervisor to join their rapidly expanding team on a full time basis. This role will also require some travel to Brighton (expenses paid).

What the Client Offers

• A competitive annual salary of up to £27,000 depending on experience.
• A permanent, full-time contract.
• Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, with additional on-call duties.
• Occupational maternity pay, adoption pay & paternity pay.
• Occupational sick pay and death in service payment.
• All the above subject to terms and conditions.

Responsibilities

As a Care Coordinator you will support the delivery of the highest quality care support services by line managing care workers including some field base work carrying out a range of functions in the field, including the assessment and review of individual services and the practical supervision, instruction and support of care workers. Due to the field-based elements of the role you must be a driver with your own vehicle.

Requirements

• Experience of delivering and managing care support services
• A good understanding of principles of good care
• Be able to prioritise, especially under pressure
• Excellent communication, organisational, interpersonal and time-management skills
