Site Manager - Residential Project
Start: ASAP Duration: 1 month (with potential extension) Location: Salisbury
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site activities and ensure smooth project delivery
- Coordinate subcontractors and trades
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance
- Monitor progress, quality, and site documentation
- Report directly to the Project Manager
Requirements
- Proven experience managing residential construction sites
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid (essential)
- Ability to start immediately
