Overview
We’re hiring a Paid Digital Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping how H&M connects with customers across global markets. This is an opportunity to lead thoughtful, full‑funnel media planning across paid social, search and programmatic, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders and specialist teams. You’ll combine strategic clarity with hands‑on collaboration, helping translate ambition into media that truly performs. Responsibilities
- Leading cross‑channel, full‑funnel media planning across paid social, paid search and programmatic for your region.
- Partnering with the Paid Digital Director to deliver clear, insight‑led responses to briefs, media plans and campaign reporting.
- Briefing and collaborating with specialist activation teams, staying closely connected to performance once campaigns are live.
- Acting as a trusted day‑to‑day contact for regional stakeholders, providing thoughtful guidance and dependable delivery.
- Applying central digital strategy frameworks while tailoring recommendations to local market and business unit needs.
- Preparing and contributing to client calls, ensuring discussions are focused, informed and outcome‑driven.
- Managing workload, coaching and development for a Paid Digital Senior Executive, fostering a positive and supportive team culture.
Qualifications
- Experience in paid digital media planning across paid social, paid search and/or programmatic channels.
- Confidence translating business objectives into clear media strategies and practical plans.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across clients and internal teams.
- A collaborative mindset, comfortable working across strategy, planning and activation functions.
- Solid understanding of campaign performance metrics and how to use insights to inform decisions.
- Organised and thoughtful approach to managing multiple campaigns and priorities.
- A people‑centred leadership style, with interest in mentoring and supporting others’ growth.
