  • Develop condition‑specific outcome pathways, utilising VALD’s outcome tools for key MSK pathologies (e.g., OA, tendinopathy, ACL injury, lower‑back pain).
  • Capture and evaluate patient experience, including usability, acceptability, and impact of VALD assessments on engagement and rehabilitation.
  • Report monthly on usage, data quality, clinical adoption, outcome trends, and implementation progress.
  • Prepare [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] outcome data for publication, contributing to peer‑reviewed research articles, case series, service evaluations, and non‑peer‑review outputs (blogs, conference posters and presentations).
  • Collaborate with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], VALD, and academic partners to co‑develop an exercise prescription platform, ensuring clinical relevance, usability, and evidence‑based content.
  • Support staff training, professional development sessions, and dissemination of research findings across [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal].

Remuneration

  • £40 – £52k expected annual income in year 1
  • Annual review with the scope for structured progression
  • Private medical insurance
  • £750 CPD budget and 5 days CPD leave
  • Annual leave and paid sick leave
  • Pension
  • Access to cyclescheme
