Sales Development Representative
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is looking for a curious, energetic, and motivated individual to jump-start their sales career as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). This role focuses on generating and qualifying new business opportunities for the sales team, working closely with management and senior salespeople.
What You'll Do
- Manage inbound leads and outbound targeted prospects
- Generate value for potential customers and booking product demonstration webinars and calls
- Managing prospect expectations and overcoming objections
- Reach and exceed key performance indicators including calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities and deals won from your meetings
- Developing skills necessary for promotion into a full, closing role
Your Profile
- 1 year of SDR experience, ideally in a software setting
- Fluent German & English
- A strong interest in building a career in sales
- Curiosity and demonstrable evidence of professional and personal development
- Entrepreneurial mindset - eager to advance through clearly defined learning and earning paths
- Self-disciplined, organised and ambitious. Able to consistently hit daily and monthly objectives
