Sales Development Representative

The role involves managing inbound leads and outbound prospects, booking demos, and exceeding KPIs. Candidates need 1 year of SDR experience, fluency in German and English, and a strong interest in sales.

- Manage inbound leads and outbound targeted prospects
- Generate value for potential customers and booking product demonstration webinars and calls
- Managing prospect expectations and overcoming objections
- Reaching and exceed key performance indicators including calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities and deals won from your meetings.
- Developing skills necessary for promotion into a full, closing role
Your profile
- 1 year of SDR experience, ideally in a software setting
- Fluent German & English
- A strong interest in building a career in sales
- Curiosity and demonstrable evidence of professional and personal development
- Entrepreneurial mindset - eager to advance through clearly defined learning and earning paths
- Self-disciplined, organised and ambitious. Able to consistently hit daily and monthly objectives
