Your Role in Our Future

Partner Sales Manager

The Partner Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting, developing, and activating a network of partners (distributors and referral sources) to drive business growth on the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual partner recruitment targets.
  • Activate, support, and motivate partners to achieve their targets (revenue, orders, number of contracts).
  • Develop an annual business plan with each partner and follow up through quarterly reviews.
  • Ensure partner teams undergo necessary sales and technical training.
  • Develop and monitor indirect sales strategy on the assigned territory.
  • Monitor partner satisfaction and coordinate actions with internal [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] teams.
  • Strengthen relationships with partner organization leaders.
  • Ensure development of commercial skills of partner teams (training, coaching).
  • Support distributors in their commercial agreements, especially for significant portfolios.
  • Manage and motivate partner sales teams.
  • Collaborate with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Marketing on campaigns and communications aimed at partners.
  • Supervise proper use of business processes, tools, and PRM by partners.
  • Prepare reports as needed by management.

Internal: Indirect Sales and Partnerships Director, BPA Director, Marketing, Sales Director, Business Development, Finance, Sales Training, Technical Services, Administrative Services…

External: Software publishers, ERP publishers, VARs, integrators, prospects, influencers, partner managers, and sales representatives.

Your Profile

Required Skills and Qualities

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac+3)
  • Proven experience in digital solutions sales
  • Solid knowledge of the business model of software publishers and integrators
  • Interest in technical products and excellent knowledge of relevant markets
  • Excellent communication skills, persuasion, team spirit
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in commercial planning (marketing plan, business plan, account plan)
  • Autonomy, charisma, dynamism, team spirit, initiative, service orientation, pragmatism, rigor, and listening ability
