Job Description

As a BDR, your mission is to generate commercial opportunities and evangelize among SME targets. Your objective: actively prospect and detect qualified leads by deploying tailored account strategies.
Your Daily Tasks
- Conduct outbound multi-channel campaigns (phone, email, social selling) on high-potential account lists to detect opportunities.
- Identify and contact key decision-makers (CEO, CFO, HR Director) who could become future clients.
- Perform high-volume project detection (60 calls per day) to generate qualified opportunities.
- Intelligently map key accounts from marketing campaigns and schedule high-impact business meetings.
- Plan and conduct your own discovery calls to assess prospect needs.
- Create and nurture your pipeline until purchase intent.
- Enrich accounts using scraping tools (Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Lusha).
- Participate in strategic events (trade shows, roundtables) alongside Sales and Marketing teams.
Your Profile
Hunter mentality, appetite for business development, persistence, and results-oriented. Excellent communicator with impeccable spelling; the phone is your best friend. Autonomy and teamwork to be proactive and achieve booking targets.
