Earn an average of £676.80 – £714 per week! We are currently seeking Machine / Line Lead Operatives to join a well-established pet food production facility based in Old Leake near Boston. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced food production environment, where you will play a key part in supporting the smooth running of production lines and machinery. The role involves machine operation responsibilities and leading elements of the production line, making it ideal for candidates with previous production or machine experience.

• Operating and monitoring production machinery.
• Supporting the smooth running of production lines.
• Ensuring production targets and quality standards are met.
• Carrying out basic machine checks and reporting issues.
• Maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards.
• Working collaboratively with team members on the line.

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous food production or manufacturing experience.
• Experience with machine operation or working on production lines.
• Good spoken and written English for communication and paperwork.
• Reliable transport is essential due to the rural location of the site.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
