Sales Development Representative

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is on a mission to transform construction. We are seeking a talented Sales Development Representative to join our Commercial team. This is a remote-first, permanent, full-time position based in the UK.

About the Company

Your Role

You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients in the construction sector, qualifying leads, and contributing to the growth of our sales pipeline. You will partner with Business Development Managers and Senior Account Executives.

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research construction companies and decision-makers using outbound channels (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn).
  • Lead Progression: Conduct initial discovery calls, qualify leads, and book sales meetings.
  • Create & Refine Outreach Processes: Establish repeatable workflows and optimize messaging sequences.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot) and track KPIs.
  • Cross team collaboration: Work with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Industry Expertise: Develop understanding of construction industry trends and stakeholders.

Your Skills

  • Previous experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in B2B SaaS or construction.
  • Growth mindset, hunger, curiosity.
  • Strong discovery/consulting skills.
  • Strong persuasion skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication.
  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot).
