Researcher, Executive Search

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting live executive searches focused on senior US-based roles
• Mapping relevant markets, building longlists, and researching organisations and industry moves.
• Using LinkedIn and other tools to identify senior talent aligned to client briefs.
• Supporting candidate outreach and engagement alongside senior team members.
• Preparing research packs, candidate summaries, and market intelligence.
• Collaborating with experienced Consultants and Researchers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

What we’re looking for:

• A sharp, detail-oriented recent graduate or early career professional with strong people skills
• Comfortable working flexible hours to support the US market
• Strong organisational skills - someone who can stay on top of moving pieces and proactively get things done.
• Curious and commercially minded - someone who enjoys researching businesses and understanding what good leadership looks like.
• A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and readiness to be part of a fast-moving, high-performing team.
