FULL DESCRIPTION

Occupational Therapist

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Solutions are recruiting a part-time HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist to support our D2A Reablement Service across Hereford and the surrounding areas. This is a 20-hour/week, 12-month fixed-term contract, starting in May 2026. Pay is £22.20 - £24.20 per hour (depending on experience). The service operates 7 days a week (07:00-22:00), on a rota to be agreed, and the role requires travel to rural areas across Herefordshire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting functional assessments.
  • Contributing to therapy-led plans.
  • MDT Working.
  • Creating clear documentation and recommendations.
  • Supporting overall service improvement.

Requirements

  • A valid HCPC registration
  • A full UK driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
