Summer Harvest Assistants
In person / Ickleton, near Cambridge/Saffron Walden (UK)

We have exciting summer harvest opportunities available within our Wheat, and Seeds Supply departments. Your main responsibilities
- Wheat Team – Assist with crop harvesting, grain threshing, seed cleaning, and preparing samples for laboratory testing and drilling.
- Seeds Supply Team – Walk cereal crop fields to identify and remove undesirable plants, ensuring quality control.
- Pathology Team – Assist in field trials, glasshouse, harvesting, seed cleaning, magazine preparation.
Your main skills
- Wheat Team – Team players with great attention to detail. No prior experience needed, but a full manual driving licence is advantageous.
- Seeds Supply Team – Team players with a keen eye for detail. No previous experience necessary.
- Pathology Team - Team player with great attention to detail. No prior experience needed, but a full manual driving licence is advantageous.
What we offer you
- Working basic 37.0 hours per week, however it is essential that you are able to work overtime in busy periods.
- We have multiple vacancies available for 5 to 22 week contracts running between May and November at our Ickleton site
- Competitive pay: £13.00 per hour
