At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] we’re looking for an experienced Vet to join our established and friendly team as Clinical Lead.

We have a purpose-built practice, state of the art equipment and offer support and development from our highly experienced regional team, to guide you in your transition to leadership. You may even be interested in partnership in the future, and, if so, this is an option here too!

About the Role

We’re a supportive team at Chippenham and this position will lead and develop our colleagues further, guiding the practice, with its loyal and expanding client base and varied caseload, to deliver top class clinical standards and client care.

We’re generous with our CPD offering, which colleagues are actively encouraged and supported to use to further their interests and develop their skills in a direction of their choosing. So, if you want to pursue a post graduate qualification or certificate, we’re happy to help you with that.

Supported by our dedicated RVN and non-clinical colleagues, you will be a confident vet both in your clinical and communication skills with solid experience gained in first opinion practice. A surgical interest would be advantageous but is not essential.
