Sales Administrator

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] LTD is seeking a Sales Administrator in Manchester, UK. Full-time, on-site role with visa sponsorship. Salary: £26,200.00 – £27,111.26 per year.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. The Sales Administrator will provide support to our sales team and ensure the smooth operation of our sales processes. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, presentations, and proposals
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales orders
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with order fulfilment
  • Support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing the necessary information and resources
  • Assist with the preparation of marketing materials and promotional activities

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is a plus
  • Proven experience in a similar role as a Sales Administrator or Sales Assistant
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  • Knowledge of CRM software is preferred but not required
  • Must be able to speak Yoruba/Igbo/Hausa
