Responsibilities

• Design and create visually appealing and user-friendly websites
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and objectives
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas
• Create and optimize website graphics, animations, and other visual elements
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure websites are mobile-friendly
• Conduct user research to inform design decisions and improve user experience
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a web designer or similar role
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal
• Familiarity with interaction design principles and user-centered design methodologies
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe Flash for interactive web elements
• Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like Less or Sass
• Proficiency in tools like Sketch for designing interfaces
