We're looking for a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global team. How we hire determines everything, the quality of our teams, the speed of our growth, and the culture we build. You’ll be a driving force behind our success, all while managing a global requisition load across technical, GTM, and corporate roles. What you'll be doing

  • You’ll own a full and global requisition load across technical, GTM, and corporate functions, setting the gold standard for sourcing quality and assessment rigour.
  • You’ll lead by example, setting the quality standards for candidate experience, assessment rigour, and stakeholder partnership. You are the 'player-coach' who acts as the first point of escalation across the team for complex hiring challenges.
  • You’ll move beyond job boards to proactively headhunt high-caliber, diverse talent using innovative tools and networking methodologies to maximise direct hires.
  • You’ll use market insights and commercial context to challenge hiring manager perspectives, ensuring we hire the best talent at the right time.
  • You’ll actively experiment with AI tools and emerging tech to streamline workflows and improve hiring quality, bringing the wider team along on the journey.
  • You will own and refine TA frameworks, process documentation, and assessment standards to ensure the global team operates from a consistent, high-quality foundation.
  • You’ll contribute to the broader TA strategy by driving high-impact projects in areas like Employer Branding, DEI, and continuous process improvement.

What we are looking for

  • Significant experience in a talent acquisition role within the Global B2B technology companies, with proven generalist experience across go-to-market, Technical and corporate hiring
  • Experience coordinating the work of others without formal authority. You set standards, review quality, and coach capability through credibility and relationship-building.
  • Proactively uses market insights and data to drive efficient hiring processes and influence stakeholder buy-in.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, competing stakeholder demands and the confidence to lead high-level discussions that impact quality and performance.
  • Genuine curiosity for AI and recruitment technology, with a willingness to test, learn, and adapt quickly.
  • An understanding of how talent acquisition and its impact on business performance.
  • Resilient, quality-obsessed, and comfortable with pace and ambiguity.

Compensation & Benefits

At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], we are committed to providing compensation in line with market standards based on the role, job family, job level and country. This role’s estimated annual salaried pay range for this position is £62,000 - £77,000. The final salary will be based on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications demonstrated in the hiring process. Benefits include: Company Equity, 30 days holiday + bank holidays, 5 days paid volunteering leave, Health insurance, Life Insurance, Pension, Access to mental health support.
