About the Role

We're looking for an experienced & motivated Product Marketing Manager to drive our Go-to-Market strategy and marketing execution. You'll serve as the expert on our regional buyers, markets, and competitors, ensuring our products are positioned for maximum growth. This is a highly cross-functional and strategic role that blends storytelling, market insight, and sales enablement to fuel growth in expansion regions.

Responsibilities

  • Regional Market Expertise: Become the authoritative expert on the hospitality tech landscape, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Own and execute the regional GTM plans for new product launches, features, and major releases, adapting global strategies to resonate with local market nuances.
  • Messaging and Positioning: Develop compelling, culturally relevant product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that addresses the unique pain points of hoteliers and guests in target countries within EMEA and APAC.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner closely with regional Sales and Customer Success teams to create localized sales tools and collateral, including presentations, case studies, battle cards, and training materials that empower them to win new business.
  • Content and Campaigns: Collaborate with the content and demand generation teams to support regional marketing campaigns, events, and localized content (e.g., website copy, blogs, webinars) that drive pipeline.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Track and analyze key competitors, identifying their strategies, product features, and market presence in EMEA/APAC to inform our regional roadmap and differentiation strategy.
  • Data and Analysis: Utilize data to measure the success of regional marketing initiatives, GTM programs, and product adoption, reporting on key metrics and providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the liaison between the global Product, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership teams, synthesizing market feedback from the regions to influence the product roadmap and corporate strategy.

Qualifications

  • 5-8+ years of progressive experience in Product Marketing, with a significant focus on experience in markets for a B2B SaaS company.
  • Experience in the hospitality, travel, or property technology (PropTech) industry is a strong plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and growing products in diverse international markets, including developing localized GTM strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a native-level proficiency in English.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data, campaign performance, and competitive intelligence to make strategic recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across different time zones and cultures with a highly matrixed, global team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a bonus.
