Drainage Ganger
Long-term work (3-5 years) on the largest infrastructure project in the UK. [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking an experienced Drainage Ganger/Pipelayer. The role is based at Station Road Compound, Quainton, Buckinghamshire. Candidates must have relevant cards and tickets, and a desire for stable employment.
- Pay: £19.85/hr (first 39 hrs), £29.78/hr (last 11 hrs)
- Overtime: Saturday time & half, Sunday double time
- Holidays: 30 days per year including bank holidays
- Lodge allowance: Available for candidates over 50 miles away

Job Details
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Limited is looking for a Drainage Ganger for a long-term project (3-5 years) with a chance to work on the largest infrastructure project in the UK. The location is Station Road Compound, Station Road South, Quainton, Buckinghamshire HP22 4DB. This is a full-time PAYE position. Start date ASAP.
Candidates must have:
- Full understanding of Pipelayer/Drainage Ganger responsibilities
- Experience supervising a small team of operatives
- Ability to lead by example and carry out tasks assigned by Foreman
- Capability to record daily work records and deliver safety briefs/toolbox talks
- CSCS card (Green Labourer OR Blue Skilled OR Gold Supervisor)
- SSSTS or SMSTS
- Preferred: Manual handling, EUSR – CAT and Gennie

- Rate of £19.85 per hour for first 39 hours
- Rate of £29.78 per hour for last 11 hours
