This full-time operational leadership role at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] involves working closely with the Team Rector and staff team to ensure smooth running of church operations. The role includes short and long term planning, hands-on work, and establishing better structures.

Role Details

  • Reporting to the Team Rector
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Employed by the PCC of the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]
  • 6 months probationary period
  • Salary of £33,000 plus pension, phone, laptop and full working expenses
  • Working from the Staff Office (in the Church Hall) and in the Parish Office in Marlow
  • Weekly staff team meeting (Tuesday mornings) including participation in prayer and worship
  • 6 weeks' holiday per annum
  • 1 week of paid retreat per annum

  • Honest, reliable, trustworthy and efficient
  • Leader with high self-awareness and team leadership experience
  • Encourages and empowers others for church mission
  • Strong strategic thinker with good organisational and people management skills
  • Good communicator skilled in social media and website updates
  • Outstanding IT skills including Microsoft Office, Google Suite, ChurchSuite
  • Able to set wise boundaries for healthy life balance
  • Full-time 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Able to work from Church Hall Office and Parish Office in Marlow
