Contract Type: Permanent, Full time

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 07:00 - 15:30 (40 hours per week)

Salary: £26,831 (plus monthly incentive bonus paid against site targets)

About the Role
We’re looking for a committed Production Operative to join our Operations team in Runcorn. In this hands-on role, you’ll be vital to preparing items for secure destruction or for repair, refurbishment and re-sale, helping us deliver an outstanding service to our customers and reduce e-waste impact.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Take delivery of goods and check for damaged or missing items
  • Process and asset items in line with company procedures and stock grading
  • Accurately input stock and inventory data into our systems
  • Move stock safely using manual handling equipment and trolleys
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date records and complete stock counts as required
  • Keep all paperwork accurate and current
  • Operate safely, complying with all health, safety and environmental standards
  • Keep work areas clean and tidy, suggesting improvements to aid efficiency

About You

  • Experience of working well within a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail with good numeracy and communication skills
  • Ability to work methodically and accurately, even under pressure
  • Good understanding of manual handling and health and safety requirements
  • Flexible, reliable and committed to meeting productivity targets
