Job Description
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] are seeking a confident and personable Restaurant Host to join the opening team of a new dining destination within a stunning country estate in Buckinghamshire. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a launch team, working in a premium countryside environment where first impressions and guest experience are at the heart of everything we do.
Requirements
- A warm, engaging and professional individual with previous experience in a guest-facing role, ideally within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to welcome and engage guests in a natural and confident manner.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage reservations, guest flow and seating arrangements efficiently.
- A polished and professional appearance, reflecting the standards of a premium hospitality environment.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, particularly during busy service periods.
- Attention to detail, ensuring guest preferences, special occasions and requests are recognised and delivered.
- Confidence using reservation systems and managing bookings (training can be provided).
- A collaborative mindset, working closely with restaurant and bar teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
- Warm, humble and professional approach to service.
