We work across channels and teams to build a brand that earns attention and drives results, shaping how people see, understand, and engage with our products. We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to drive our powerhouse partnerships across social channels. You’ll be the digital voice of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] at stadiums, paddock, and festivals around the world, connecting our partnerships to our brand while optimising for reach and engagement.

What you'll be doing

  • Scaling and optimising partnership content across social channels, and identifying new channels to explore
  • Leading on-the-ground social execution for global events, from the high-velocity world of racing to major music festivals
  • Working with the Partnerships team to turn brand sponsorships, like Manchester City, Audi F1, and Primavera Sound, into social-first content that feels authentic and essential to the fan experience
  • Executing high-impact social campaigns, activations, and stunts to hit follower, reach, and engagement targets
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Design, Legal, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, compliant content
  • Monitoring sports and music culture in real-time to intercept trending conversations with premium reactive content
  • Using engagement data to optimise strategy and measure ROI

What you'll need

  • 4+ years of experience managing social for a high-growth brand, with a track record in sports, entertainment, or lifestyle sectors
  • A passion for football, motorsport, and music, with an understanding of how finance supports these industries
  • The ability to brief design and production teams, while also creating and editing high-quality content on the go
  • A solid understanding of complex financial topics and lifestyle content
  • Experience in fast-paced, live environments, producing real-time social content and supporting strategic initiatives
  • A growth mindset with experience using hooks, formats, and community management to drive rapid follower growth (e.g., 25k+ sprints)
  • Experience with Sprout, Meta Business Manager, and other analytics tools
  • Impeccable attention to detail and content quality to manage high-stakes deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment

Nice to have

  • Experience working directly with professional athletes, artists, or world-class creators
  • A background in navigating heavily regulated industries, such as finance
