What you'll be doing

  • Partnering with Product, Engineering, and Operations to automate labour law compliance into controls

  • Acting as the primary mission control for external counsel across dozens of jurisdictions, distilling complex local advice into actionable global strategy

What you'll need

  • Solid knowledge of employment laws, advising at scale across multiple jurisdictions
  • Excellent legal research and regulation monitoring skills
  • Fluency in English and another European language
  • The ability to understand the problem being solved, and think analytically and pragmatically before providing advice
  • The ability to organise, prioritise, and work well under pressure within tight timelines
  • Experience developing and fostering partnerships with key stakeholders across departments

Nice to have

  • Experience in the HR, global employment, EOR, PEO, or payroll space
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup/scale-up, working with product teams to bring new products to life
