About the Role

Our Sales team powers customer growth. We're looking for an Account Executive to provide excellent experience for new business customers. You'll identify opportunities, conduct outreach, drive deals through the funnel, and own closing and activation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Outreaching prospects across multiple touch points with emphasis on cold-calling
  • Developing a robust lead-sourcing strategy
  • Building and managing your own pipeline from prospecting to closing

  • Being autonomous to balance time and activate resources
  • Using solution-based selling to communicate value

What You'll Need

  • Fluency in English and German
  • 1+ years of demonstrable commercial experience in outbound sales
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone
  • Impeccable literacy skills (email, LinkedIn outreach)

  • Proven determination and accountability
  • Willingness to contribute outside core responsibilities

Compensation range: Krakow: PLN9,000 - PLN13,700 gross monthly; Poland: PLN9,000 - PLN13,700 gross monthly; Other locations: discussed during interview.
